Mold Testing, Remediation & Removal

• Testing: check surfaces of air conditioner & ductwork for mold, mildew & excessive moisture, also sample indoor air
• Remediation: after thoroughly checking your house for mold, we will explain our findings & recommend the best course of action to you
• Removal: There are various ways to remove the mold problems in your home. Our technicians will thoroughly explain the best removal process for your home to you so you can make an informed decision!

Duct Cleaning

• Use a high powered brushing system to dislodge dirt, mold, dust, etc...from your ductwork
• Vacuum out dislodged particles
• Seal & sanitize ductwork as needed

Dryer Vent Cleaning

• Use rotary-brush/snake to dislodge & remove lint
• Manually remove & vacuum out lint, as needed

Coil Cleaning

• Cleaning the air conditioning coils is done using a combination of 'fin' combs, foaming coil cleaner chemicals & our technicians' special techniques to remove dirt, grime, mold, etc...from your air conditioning coils
• This is a great way to improve the air quality in your home

UV Lights

• Also called ultraviolet lights, these lights are great for allergy & sinus sufferer's, & removing indoor air odors
